Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
6. EU & Swedish Consumer Rights As a customer in Sweden or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
