Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to PostNord for delivery.

Delivery Times

Nordic Region (Denmark, Norway, Finland) Standard parcels: 1–3 business days.

Rest of Europe Standard parcels: 2–5 business days. Major destinations such as Germany and France are typically on the faster end.

Outside Europe (USA, Asia, and beyond)

• EMS International Express: 2–6 business days
• Standard Parcel Post: 7–14 business days
• Letters: 5–15 business days

Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., to the UK, USA, or Norway), delivery times reflect transit only. Customs processing may add 1–14 additional days, which is outside our control. Import duties and taxes may also apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking All International Parcel and EMS shipments include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
